Users login to a website and take a pre-quiz (measuring their knowledge before viewing the WBT), they then proceed to view the Web-Based Training (WBT), upon completion they take a post-quiz (measuring their post knowledge). Standard reports were developed to compare scores on the quizzes. In this case, the users increased their knowledge by 30% on average, and over 100% of all users increased their knowledge to some degree.
